Ein Foto des Bildes ist im Archiv des Kunsthistorischen Museums Wien überliefert (KHM-Archiv, XIII 87_87).
Das Gemälde wurde nach 1945 zwar formal restituiert, 1947 jedoch der Gemäldegalerie des Kunsthistorischen Museums in Wien "gewidmet" (BDA-Archiv, Restitutionsmaterialien, K. 52-1, M. 2, Zl. 6339, fol. 43–45) und als Werk von Jan Wildens inventarisiert.
1999 erfolgte die Rückgabe.
