Die Trommelschlegel wurden der Sammlung alter Musikinstrumente im Kunsthistorischen Museum Wien 1947 bis 1999 als Leihgabe zur Verfügung gestellt (BDA-Archiv, Restitutionsmaterialien, K. 53, M. 4, Zl. 4463/47, fol. 51–52).
Heute befinden sich die Trommelschlegel im Musée de la Musique / Philharmonie Paris, sie wurden im Juli 1999 als Lot n°50 bei Christie‘s, London ersteigert.
